Heather and Dustin Miller are Portland natives, both born and raised in the greater PDX area. We’re dedicated to the continuous improvement of our city. Our dream is to support our local community at the same time.
Dustin started his journey in the development industry as a real estate agent. Soon after, he became a General Contractor and focused on finding ways to add value to neighborhoods. Dustin is known to always over index on quality because he believes these homes will become a concrete part of people’s lives for a substantial amount of time. He is dedicated to providing superior homes for the families of Portland.
Heather has encouraged Dustin’s vision since day one. While chasing her passion in a full-time career, she holds the organization needed to bring Dustin’s vision to life. With a love for digital, she helps spread awareness and increase the reach of Heart Developers. More than anything she is fulfilled by motherhood and loves to watch their family grow.
Together, we have 3 amazing girls. Destiny, 22, has a heart of gold and an innate passion for design. She can take any object and transform it to something incredibly beautiful. Harleigh, 5, is our delicate rose. She was born with immense compassion and is always the first one to ensure everyone is cared for. Kennedy is our 2-year-old firecracker. She is fueled by determination and won’t let anything slow her down.
